The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Wyoming State Office is seeking a contractor to provide recurring cleaning and maintenance services for RSFO Recreation Sites in Wyoming. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Wyoming State Office, Business Management Branch - Contracting Officer: Crystal Martinez - Sites to be Serviced: - White Mountain Petroglyphs Recreation Site - Killpecker Sand Dunes Recreation Site - Three Patches Day Use Site - Rock Springs Field Office recreation sites - Products and Supplies Required: - Plastic bags - Toilet paper - Deodorant blocks - EPA-compliant disinfectant solutions - Services Requested: - Firm-fixed-price custodial and janitorial cleaning of vault toilets, picnic tables, fire rings/grills, and surrounding site areas - 24 cleanings per site annually, scheduled weekly from May 15 to October 31 each year - Contractor must provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Cleaning supplies must meet EPA standards - Quality assurance with monthly evaluations impacting payment - Set aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, and economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses - Compliance with Section 889 clauses, active SAM registration, and federal acquisition regulations (FAR Parts 12 and 13) - Period of Performance: - Base year with four one-year option periods (total potential duration: five years) - Annual cleaning period from May 15 to October 31 - No specific OEMs or branded products are required; open to all compliant suppliers.

Description

This requirement is for firm-fixed-price recreation site cleaning services for RSFO Recreation Sites. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to clean and maintain designated recreation facilities. Work includes maintaining vault toilets, picnic tables, fire rings/grills, and surrounding site areas at White Mountain Petroglyphs, Killpecker Sand Dunes, and Three Patches Day Use to ensure the sites remain clean, sanitary, safe, and presentable for public use.Period of PerformanceBase Year: 05/15/2026 - 05/14/2027Option Year 1: 05/15/2027 - 05/14/2028Option Year 2: 05/15/2028 - 05/14/2029Option Year 3: 05/15/2029 - 05/14/2030Option Year 4: 05/15/2030 - 05/14/2031Basic Contracting Requirements:1.
