Description

This is a non-personal services contract for janitorial services for the Forest Service, Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest, High Cascades Ranger District. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the government.

Prospect Complex Office buildings include the Main Office Building #2007, Fire Office Building #2206, IHC Building #2612, and Ready Room #1611.

Butte Falls Complex include Building #1001, #1002, and #2002.

Prospect Complex is located about ½ mile north of Prospect, Oregon at 47201 Highway 62, Prospect, OR 97536.

Butte Falls Complex is in the town of Butte Falls, Oregon at 730 Laurel Avenue, Butte Falls, OR 97522.
