Description
The purpose of this Sources Sought is for NAVSUP Site Marianas informational/market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation, request for proposal, quotation, or bid, nor a synopsis of a proposed action under FAR Subpart 5.2.
This Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of industry so the government can make informed business decisions. We are seeking responses from industry to include: Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses to include 8(a) firms, Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to include Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). All interested parties are highly encouraged to respond.
Reponses to this Sources Sought announcement will be used by the Government to make business decisions and to inform potential future solicitations.
1. Sources Sought Objective
1.1 NAVSUP is seeking firms capable of meeting the requirements found in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). The purpose is to identify small business concerns interested and capable of meeting this requirement and interested in submitting a proposal.
2. Background
Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) in Guam requires an accelerated hybrid paramedic education and training program to enhance emergency medical response capabilities. Personnel must be trained to meet latest version of the National Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Education Standards and obtain National Registry of EMTs (NREMT) certification to perform advanced pre-hospital life support services and to become certified as EMS educators the National Association of EMS Educators (NAEMSE).
3. Capabilities Statement
3.1. Please submit a capabilities statements demonstrating the firm’s capability to meet the attached Draft Performance Work Statement to the below listed points of contact via email no later than 13:00 PM Japan Time, 09 April 2026. Limit responses to two pages.
