Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov when it is available.

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services to the photovoltaic system in two different buildings throughout the period of performance.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus a 4-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be stated in the solicitation.

Offerors/Quoters shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.203-1. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, Offerors/Quoters are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
