The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Wyoming State Office, is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning and basic maintenance services for the Upper Green River and Warren Bridge Recreation Sites in Wyoming. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Land Management, Wyoming State Office (Department of the Interior) - Contracting Officer: Crystal Martinez - Services Requested: - Cleaning and disinfecting of vault toilets, fire rings, picnic tables, benches, grills, and grounds - Trash removal within one-quarter mile of site roads - Housekeeping, custodial, and janitorial services - Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies - Use of environmentally friendly and EPA-compliant cleaning products is required - Services to be performed twice weekly from May 15 to October 15 each year - Quality assurance inspections included - Contract Structure and Requirements: - Firm-fixed-price contract - Base year plus four one-year option periods - 100% set aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, SDVOSB, EDWOSB, and WOSB - Active SAM registration and compliance with Section 889 and FAR Parts 12 and 13 required - No specific OEMs or commercial product vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Upper Green River and Warren Bridge Recreation Sites, Wyoming - Contracting and delivery offices located in Cheyenne and Pinedale, Wyoming

Description:This requirement is for recreational site cleaning services at the Upper Green River and Warren Bridge Recreation Sites under a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to perform cleaning and basic maintenance services in accordance with the specifications. Work includes servicing recreation facilities located throughout the designated sites, including vault toilets, fire rings, and picnic tables, to ensure the areas remain clean, safe, and usable for the public.Period of PerformanceBase Year: 05/15/2026 - 05/14/2027 Option Year 1: 05/15/2027 - 05/14/2028Option Year 2: 05/15/2028 - 05/14/2029Option Year 3: 05/15/2029 - 05/14/2030Option Year 4: 05/15/2030 - 05/14/2031Basic Contracting Requirements:1.
