NOAA BOS Task Order Extension with GST for NESDIS Support Services

NOAA is seeking to extend its Business Operations Support (BOS) Task Order with Global Science and Technology, LLC (GST) for 12 months to ensure continuity during NESDIS's organizational transformation. - The extension covers management, administrative, engineering, and technical services for NESDIS headquarters and supporting offices. - Services include strategic planning, policy development, project management, and specialized support for NESDIS offices such as ACIO, CFO, OCS, and OSPO. - The extension is a logical follow-on under FAR 16.501-6(b)(3) and is not being competed. - The period of performance is March 21, 2026, to March 20, 2027. - Work will be performed at NOAA's Satellite and Information Acquisition Division in Silver Spring, MD. - No specific OEMs or product purchases are involved; this is a services extension. - The incumbent contractor is Global Science and Technology, LLC (GST).

Description

This is a justification for an exception to fair opportunity for a modification to an existing order. The modification will extend the Task Order 1332KP20FNEEA0030 for an additional 12 months. The task order was issued under the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services Program (ProTech) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Satellite domain, to Global Science and Technology, LLC. (GST). The period of performance for this extension will be twelve (12) months, beginning March 21, 2026 through March 20, 2027.

This purchase will be made under the authority of FAR 16.501-6(b)(3) Logical Follow-On.
