This Invitation to Tender seeks a General Contractor for the selective demolition, renovation, and reconfiguration of Levels 1 and 2 of the Joseph & Rosalie Segal Family Health Centre at Vancouver General Hospital. The project aims to improve wayfinding for the Access and Assessment Centre by relocating and expanding reception areas, reconfiguring waiting and interview rooms, and modifying mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and sprinkler systems.
