Notice of Intent to Sole Source DOI Tablet Command Licenses and access dataThis is a Sole Source Notice in accordance with FAR 5.207 (c)(15).The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Palm Springs Field Office intends to purchase on a sole source basis mobile application that can display data from our cooperator's dispatch centers. We also need to see vehicle locations of our cooperator's equipment in relation to several GIS layers associated with fire suppression. The Government needs one enterprise license and portal setup, Incident sharing capability with our cooperators, AVL (automatic vehicle locations), GIS Map layers, as well as Administrator functions that allow us to modify incident checklists and incident management templates. The Government needs 25 Pro licenses for mobile devices to use the existing DOI approved Tablet Command app that is available in the COMP Portal. This will allow users to access real time data from their mobile device while out in the field managing incidents. The purchase will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1) and pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement.The awarded contract will be between 04/30/2026 and 05/01/2026. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated.The associated NAICS code for this requirement is 541512.
