Description

This is an Award Notice prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures under the authority of  Federal Acquisition regulations 6.302-1. Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded contract modification N0001921C0005 P00020 to Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSS), Launch and Missile Defense Systems (LMDS) Division, 1575 S Price Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286 for $839,810. NGSS will provide spare parts in support of the GQM-163A Supersonic Sea-Skimming Target.

This effort was issued as a sole source to NGSS under NAICS Code 336414 (Guided Missile and Space Vehicle Manufacturing) as well as the Product Service Code (PSC) 1410 (Guided Missiles) which resulted in the placement of a modification on the contract N0001921C0005, with the Period of Performance starting 27 February 2026 and ending 31 July 2027. The contract modification consists of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) CLINs.
