The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pacific Region, is seeking a contractor to remove and replace the water softener system at the Fort Totten LE Adult Detention Center in North Dakota. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Pacific Region, Acquisitions Office - Contracting office located at 2800 Cottage Way Room W2820, Sacramento, CA - OEMs and Vendors: - Ecowater (specified as the model to be replaced and as the basis for the new system) - No other OEMs or vendors are named; "or equal" products are permitted - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of existing Ecowater Model EWS322S water softener system - Supply and installation of a new vertical pressure type water softener system (Ecowater Model EWS322S or equivalent) - Includes pressure vessel, softening resin, control valve, brine maker, electronic controller, new piping, ball valves, and fittings - All labor, materials, equipment, and professional services for a complete, operational system - 3-year warranty on parts and labor - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) - Compliance with Service Contract Act and relevant FAR/DIAR clauses - Work must be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays - All work to be completed within 30 calendar days after receipt of order - Minimum 3-year warranty on materials and workmanship - Place of Performance: - Fort Totten LE Adult Detention Center, 106 2nd Avenue North, Fort Totten, North Dakota 58335
