Description

The Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General is seeking proposals for Indigenous Cultural Liaison (ICL) services at the Surrey Pretrial Services Centre. The contractor will provide Indigenous cultural programs and facilitate connections between First Nations community members and Indigenous inmates. The program aims to support Indigenous offenders in case management, release planning, and reintegration into their communities.
