The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), part of the Department of Defense, is seeking a commercial provider for electronic fingerprint collection and submission services to support all DeCA positions. - Government Buyer: - Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Department of Defense - Scope of Services: - Electronic fingerprint collection and submission for all DeCA positions - Walk-in fingerprinting services required near all CONUS commissary locations (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam) - Services also required at OCONUS locations (Europe, Spain, Italy, Japan, Korea) - Appointment scheduling system must be provided - Accurate and complete fingerprint capture required - Fingerprints must be submitted to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) - Services support employment processing and Common Access Card (CAC) issuance - Volume: - Approximately 3,200 fingerprints per fiscal year - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique Requirements: - Service coverage must include all DeCA commissary locations, both domestic and international - Vendor must support both walk-in and scheduled appointments - Compliance with federal fingerprint submission standards is mandatory

Description

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has a new requirement Electronic Fingerprint Collection and Submissions for ALL positions within DeCA.

Company will provide walk-in service near all Contiguous United States (CONUS) Commissary locations (to include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) (Europe, Spain, Italy, Japan and Korea) for electronic fingerprinting. The commercial company would allow applicants to schedule fingerprinting appointments, ensure accurate and complete fingerprint capture and submission to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)/Office of Personnel Management (OPM) as required for employment as well as issuance of Common Access Card (CAC) for access to installations and systems.

Approximately 3,200 fingerprints will be required per fiscal year.
