MQ-9 STATIC DISPLAY CONCRETE PAD: CONTRACT WORK ASSOCIATED WITH MQ-9 STATIC DISPLAY CONCRETE PAD SHALL ACHEIEVE A FULLY FUNCTIONAL STATIC DISPLAY CONCRETE PAD AND PILLARS FOR AIRCRAFT THAT MEETS OR EXCEEDS INDUSTRY AND DOW STANDARS WITH MATERIAL THAT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LOCAL AREA.

THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
