Southern Boundary: West on Spackenkill Rd at Wilbur Blvd to IBM Rd to River Edge Dr. Western Boundary: North on River Edge Dr at IBM Rd to Route 9, West on Phoenix St, North on the service road, to Fox St, to Route 9, West on Pine St, North on Rinaldi Blvd, West on Main St, North on N Water St to Dutchess Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,522 Maximum Sq. Ft. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
