Description
This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a sole source contract for investigative services in support of the Georgia Drug and Narcotics Agency (GDNA).
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance shall be for twelve (12) months from the date of contract award.
NAICS CODE: 922120 – Police Protection
AUTHORITY: This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5), as authorized by statute.
DISCLAIMER: This notice is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the Government’s requirement.
All responses received within seven (7) calendar days of the publication of this notice will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
