Architectural and engineering (A&E) design services to upgrade the commercial kitchen and servery at Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) Gulfport location, including on site survey, reuse evaluation of existing equipment, redesign of layout/flow, and discipline designs (architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) to resolve known deficiencies (dishwasher power issues, ventilation/make up air, tray return reliability, drainage and grease trap access, cooler/freezer capacity and condition, hood type/controls, fryer separation), plus conveyor layout concepts and minor structural penetrations. Deliverables proceed from concept to schematic and construction document level; services include planning/management, discipline drawings/specifications, and coordination meetings.
