The Town of Oromocto is soliciting bids for asphalt resurfacing and concrete curbing work, including asphalt cold milling, supply and placement of granular material, fine grading, structure adjustments, asphalt concrete placement, and shoulder material installation. Bids must be submitted by April 9, 2026, and include a bid bond or certified cheque of 10% of the tender price. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance guarantees as specified in the tender documents and comply with the Construction Remedies Act S.N.B. 2020, c. 29.
