The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) is soliciting tenders for the supply and delivery of 16 tactical police helmets for the Cape Breton Regional Police Service. The helmets must be Model Spec OPS Delta Gen II or an approved equivalent, high-cut style, with Level IIIA ballistic protection, side accessory rails, Unity NVG shroud, USI Combat Pads, and USI BOA retention system. The helmets should be green in color. Submissions are accepted only by email and the tender closes on April 16, 2026.
