The City of Bismarck is seeking artists to provide digital local literary art, visual art, performance art, or other creative media to be shared via QR codes on semi-permanent signs throughout Bismarck, ND. Twenty art pieces will be shared digitally via the QR codes, and one visual artwork will be used as the background for all the signs. This project commemorates the 250th anniversary of the United States and aims to celebrate North Dakota's history and achievements. Artists are encouraged to submit digital media files in PDF, MP3, or MP4 formats by May 1, 2026.
