The City of Redlands Municipal Utilities and Engineering Department is seeking a certified laboratory to provide air quality sampling and analysis services for its Wastewater Treatment Plant. - Government Buyer: - City of Redlands Municipal Utilities and Engineering Department - Office of the City Clerk - Products and Services Requested: - Weekly air quality sample collection at two to three locations for: - Sulfur Compounds (TRS) analysis - HHV, F factor (ATSM 1945/3588) analysis - As-needed sample collection and analysis for Siloxanes (GC-MS TO 15) - Rush sample collection and analysis (results within 1-2 business days) - All consumables for sample collection must be provided - Quantities: - 52 weekly sample collections and consumables for TRS and HHV, F factor - 156 analyses each for TRS and HHV, F factor - 12 as-needed collections and analyses for Siloxanes - 12 rush surcharges for expedited service - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Laboratory must be certified by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) - Laboratory must be located within 50 miles of the Wastewater Treatment Plant at 1950 Nevada St., Redlands, CA - All work must comply with City safety practices - Certification documentation required prior to work - Bids must be submitted in paper form only; electronic submissions are not accepted - No specific OEMs or vendors are mandated; open to all certified laboratories
