Description

The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering and environmental consulting firms to provide professional engineering services including delineations, jurisdictional determinations, threatened and endangered species services, wetland and stream compensation & stream restoration services, project permitting, and project coordination. The contract is a fixed billable rate on-call contract with a maximum value of $5,000,000 per term.
