McWilliams III, C.P.M. - Products/Services Requested: - Student Organization Engagement and Management System - Comprehensive platform for student organization management, budgeting, event calendars, co-curricular transcripts, learning pathways, and integration with university systems - Includes data conversion, training, implementation support, and ongoing maintenance - Must support multi-user access, data exchange, reporting, password security, disaster recovery, and compliance with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ADA, and other regulations - Electronic Healthcare Records and Management System - System for clinical operations, scheduling, billing, reporting, data conversion, training, implementation, and ongoing maintenance - Must support multi-campus operations, HIPAA compliance, data security, and disaster recovery - Emphasis on compliance with Ohio laws, data protection, accessibility, and preference for U.S./Ohio products - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified providers - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Both systems must be implemented university-wide, supporting the Kent Campus, seven regional campuses, the College of Podiatric Medicine, Urban and Professional Academic Centers (Cleveland, Columbus, New York City), and international academic sites (Florence, Italy and Geneva, Switzerland) - Strict requirements for data security, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ADA), and integration with existing university systems - Five-year initial contract term with up to three one-year renewals (maximum eight years) - Proposals must be submitted electronically via DynamicForms - Place of Performance: - Kent State University Kent Campus (330 Harbourt Hall, 615 Loop Road, Kent, OH 44242-0001) - Seven Regional Campuses across Northeast Ohio - College of Podiatric Medicine (Independence, OH) - Urban and Professional Academic Centers (Cleveland, Columbus, New York City) - International Academic Sites (Florence, Italy and Geneva, Switzerland)
