The Department of Natural Resources - Environmental Protection Division (EPD) of Georgia is soliciting bids to establish a contract with one qualified supplier to provide custodial services for two EPD locations: the Air Branch Workshop at 5028 Clark Howell Hwy, Atlanta, GA, and the Water Branch Warehouse at 639 Cordell Drive, Suite A, College Park, GA. The contract includes monthly custodial maintenance services such as trash disposal, dusting, mopping, restroom cleaning and restocking supplies, and floor waxing as specified in the attachments. Bids must be submitted electronically through the TEAM GEORGIA MARKETPLACE, and award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications.
