Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to CardioQuip, LLC, for preventative maintenance services as they are the sole manufacturer, and no longer support third-party maintenance on their devices nor do they offer third party training on their devices. Due to these restrictions this requirement must be sole sourced to CardioQuip, and no authorized third parties can provide the scope repair services and OEM parts that can satisfy this requirement. A draft performance work statement is attached. If you believe that your company is capable and authorized to perform these services in accordance with the performance work statement, please provide your information and capability along with an authorization letter from CardioQuip PM Services by responding to durell.salaz@va.gov no later than April 6, 2026, by 10 A.M. PST. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document is available.
