The City of Fulton is seeking qualified engineering firms or individuals to support a water infrastructure project application and, if funded, to provide comprehensive engineering services throughout the project lifecycle. - Government Buyer: - City of Fulton (City Clerk's Office) - Scope of Services: - Preparation of preliminary cost estimate and engineering report for grant application - If awarded, full engineering services including: - Preparation of plans and specifications - Distribution of bid documents - Assistance with bid opening and tabulation - Support for construction contract execution - Preconstruction conference facilitation - Construction inspection and periodic reporting - Approval of payment requests - Funding Sources: - Potential funding from HUD Community Development Block Grant, Appalachian Regional Commission, USDA, State Revolving Fund (SRF), or other federal and state agencies - Evaluation Criteria: - Proposals evaluated on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance - Participation Encouraged: - Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs), Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs), and Section 3 eligible businesses - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in this solicitation
