The purpose of this special notice is to notify industry of the transfer of Department of the Interior (DOI) Contract Number 140D0425F0866, awarded to Arch Systems, LLC on March 26, 2026, to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under new Task Order Number GS35F284CA/7571MN26F80017, effective March 29, 2026.

All terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged, including:
