Description
The City of Upper Arlington is seeking proposals from qualified Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to provide co-managed IT infrastructure support services. The selected firm will supplement the City's internal IT staff by providing advanced infrastructure engineering, monitoring, maintenance, and cybersecurity support. The scope includes network infrastructure administration, municipal fiber network support, virtual server infrastructure administration, cybersecurity operations, infrastructure lifecycle planning, backup and disaster recovery support, and help desk escalation support. Proposals must be submitted electronically through IonWave by April 13, 2026, and the contract is expected to start in May 2026.
