The project requires a modern, sustainable, and efficient residence including all permits, utilities, and construction, with occupancy by March 19, 2027. Bidders must have completed at least 10 homes from foundation to turnover and provide evidence of a valid Certificate of Recognition (COR) or SECOR. A performance deposit of 10% of the proposal is also required.
