Description

The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) is soliciting proposals from qualified printing service providers to deliver comprehensive custom printing services for its member rural municipalities. The scope includes printing election ballots, municipal forms, letterhead, envelopes, minute paper, cheques, business cards, as well as design, layout, prepress, binding, finishing, specialty services, packaging, shipping, and distribution. The contract term is up to 3 years with an option to extend for 2 additional years. Proposals are due by April 22, 2026.
