This RFP supports programs aligned with California Proposition 47, emphasizing community-based treatment, rehabilitation, and alternatives to incarceration. The goal is to reduce recidivism, support long-term stability, enhance community engagement, and support diversion and reentry efforts for individuals eligible for court-ordered treatment under Proposition 36.
