Description

The City of Everett is establishing a continuous on-call conflict public defense services roster. Qualified suppliers are invited to apply for placement on the list based on the provided format. Suppliers demonstrating the ability to provide the listed services will be placed on the roster for up to five years or until they choose to be removed. Applications are accepted at any time and reviewed at least twice per year, with proposal responses reviewed annually after April 15th and October 15th. Contracts will be issued directly to each attorney providing services.
