This opportunity involves the U.S. Coast Guard seeking a contractor for exterior door and frame replacement at Station Atlantic City. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard (Department of Homeland Security) - Contracting managed by TRACEN Cape May and Station Atlantic City - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and replacement of ten (10) exterior doors and frames (nine single, one double) at the UPH and Main Buildings - Supply and installation of: - Exterior-grade metal doors and frames (corrosion-resistant, compliant with building, life safety, and accessibility codes) - Push-button door locks and handles (comparable to Kaba Simplex 1000 Series) - Associated hardware: hinges, door closers, panic/exit devices, thresholds, weatherstripping, strike plates, door stops, reinforcement plates - Removal and proper disposal of existing doors and hardware - Installation, finish work, adjustments, weatherproofing, programming of access codes, and final operational inspection - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations - Contractor must provide warranty documentation - Coordination with Station Representative required - Site visits by appointment - 100% Small Business set-aside (NAICS 236220) - Performance and payment bonds required - Completion within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs required; push-button locks must be comparable to Kaba Simplex 1000 Series - Place of Performance: - U.S. Coast Guard Station Atlantic City, 900 Beach Thorofare, Atlantic City, NJ 08401
