The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Office of Counterintelligence, is seeking contractor support for Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) and technical security services to protect national intelligence and sensitive information. - Government Buyer: - National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Office of Counterintelligence (SIC) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product vendors are named; the requirement is for professional services only - Services Requested: - Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Support Services - Includes TSCM Practitioner, Senior TSCM Practitioner, TSSC Analyst, Data Engineer, Software Developer, Front-End Developer, Back-End Developer - Services cover TSCM surveys (pre-construction, emergency, routine), in-place monitoring, technical security and signals countermeasures analysis, data engineering, software development, and user interface design - Seven full-time positions are specified, each with unique technical and security responsibilities - Personnel must hold Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearances - Compliance with ICD 705 and NGA technical security standards is mandatory - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Integration and optimization of technical security and signals countermeasures programs - Mandatory certifications and security clearances for all personnel - Services must support the protection of sensitive compartmented information, facilities, systems, and networks - Phase-in and phase-out periods for personnel transition - Period of Performance: - One-year base period with four one-year option periods (total potential duration: five years) - Places of Performance: - DOW facilities in Washington, DC (primary) - Other DOW and partner facilities within a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC - Springfield, VA and St. Louis, MO (additional locations)

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in support of the Office of Counterintelligence (SIC) is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide security support services to integrate, enhance, and optimize technical security and signals countermeasures programs in support of the protection of national intelligence, sources, and methods, including sensitive compartmented information, and the facilities, systems, and networks that house them.
