Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the Carnegie Street Improvements project, which involves roadway rehabilitation along Carnegie Street between Green Valley Parkway and Paseo Verde Parkway. The scope includes mill and overlay of existing pavement, full depth asphalt pavement, crack sealant, median islands, sidewalks, curb and gutter, sidewalk ramps, driveways, traffic signing, pavement markings, traffic signal modifications and new installations, flashers, utility and storm drain adjustments, and other associated improvements.
