The City of St. Pete Beach, Florida is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate multiple wastewater and stormwater lift stations throughout the city. - Government Buyer: - City of St. Pete Beach, Florida - Scope of Work: - Rehabilitation of wastewater lift stations #4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and stormwater lift station #35 - Includes cleaning and recoating valve vaults, pump control panel replacements (5 HP to 35 HP, including VFD and soft starter options), installation of electrical equipment racks, SCADA panel relocation, elevated platforms, backup diesel generators with enclosures and sub-base fuel tanks, site lighting, vinyl privacy fencing and gates, curb installation, potable and reclaimed water service and hose bib relocations, demolition, shell restoration, and force main warning tape replacement - Emergency maintenance services with 24-hour response required - Products and Quantities: - Mobilization, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, bypass pumping, project record documents (as-builts and O&M manuals) - Multiple electrical equipment racks and pump control panels (5 HP - 7.5 HP, 12 HP with VFD, 35 HP with soft starter) - Elevated platforms, backup generators, site lighting, vinyl privacy fencing (6 feet tall), privacy access and double gates, curbs, potable and reclaimed water service relocations, demolition, shell restoration, air release valves, and wetwell cleaning - Unique Requirements: - Contractors must provide all materials, labor, and equipment - Experience in wastewater lift station rehabilitation is required - Emergency response for unscheduled maintenance within 24 hours - Work must comply with City and FDOT standards - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; bidders may propose suitable equipment meeting specifications - Place of Performance: - Work will be performed at ten specified lift station addresses throughout St. Pete Beach, FL
