Description
The Department of Commerce, through the International Trade Administration, has announced an extension of the deadline for determining the adequacy of antidumping and countervailing duty petitions concerning Lithium Hexafluorophosphate imported from the People's Republic of China. The extension is due to the need for additional time to gather and analyze information regarding industry support for the petitions. The new deadline for the initiation determination is extended to April 14, 2026, from the original deadline of March 25, 2026.
