Description
The U.S. Army Installation Management Command, G1 Passport Services Division/DoD Passport and Visa is proposing a public information collection related to the authorization to apply for no-fee passports and/or request visas. This collection is necessary to obtain and record personally identifiable information of official passport and visa applicants, including DoD civilians, military members, and their dependents traveling on official orders. The information is used to process, track, and verify applications and is shared with the Department of State and relevant embassies. Public comments are invited on the necessity, accuracy, and burden of this information collection, with a comment deadline of June 1, 2026.
