Description
This final rule modifies the Class E airspace at Denver International Airport by extending the airspace upward from 700 feet above the surface and removing the airspace extending upward from 1,200 feet above the surface. The modification supports the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations. Additionally, an administrative change updates the legal description of the airport's Class E airspace to replace the Denver VOR/DME reference point with a Point of Origin due to the VOR/DME's phase-out.
