The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) is seeking bids to contract with one entity to serve as the administrator and comprehensive technical assistance partner for the Repair and Renovation Project: Home-Based Child Care. The selected vendor will develop and administer a repair and renovation program and provide technical assistance to licensed/registered home-based child care businesses across New York State.
