This opportunity from the Defense Commissary Agency (DECA), under the Department of Defense, seeks a contractor for comprehensive linen, mat, and mop rental and cleaning services at multiple Arizona military commissaries. - Government Buyer: - Defense Commissary Agency (DECA), Department of Defense - REV/SUP/SVC Support Contracting Division, Fort Lee, VA - Locations (Place of Performance): - Davis Monthan Air Force Base Commissary - Luke Air Force Base Commissary - Fort Huachuca Commissary - Yuma Marine Corps Air Station Commissary - Yuma Proving Ground Commissary - Products/Services Requested: - Rental, delivery, cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of: - Butcher coats, shirts, pants (white, S-5X) - Butcher aprons (red, bib style, one size) - Bib aprons and smocks (various colors, S-5X) - Mats (black/grey, heavy duty, sizes 3x5, 3x10, 4x6) - Dust mops (36" and 48", industrial cotton) - Wet mops (24oz, 28oz, cotton or blend) - Weekly pickup and drop-off service per store schedule - Contractor must provide storage containers for items - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All linens must be wrinkle-resistant cotton/polyester blends in specified colors and sizes - Mats must have non-slip backing; mops must be industrial strength and washable - 100% fill rate required for all items - Compliance with safety and access regulations at military facilities - Small business set-aside - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named in the solicitation or attachments - Contracting Office: - REV/SUP/SVC Support Contracting Division, Fort Lee, VA - Period of Performance: - Weekly service required; delivery to begin no later than contract start date (see below) - Further Details: - Specifications and quantities are detailed in the Statement of Work and Pricing Sheet attachments

Description

The contractor will supply the commissaries with linens/mats/mops and then service them by cleaning them weekly. The contractor will provide a weekly service for pickup and drop off based on the scheduled dates provided by the store.  See SOW for more details.
