The U.S. Embassy Bucharest, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for the supply and delivery of one new all-wheel drive (AWD) mid-size SUV and a set of complete alloy wheels with winter tires. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, American Embassy Bucharest, General Services Office (GSO) - Products Requested: - One new AWD mid-size SUV (gasoline-powered, automatic transmission, minimum 350 horsepower, EURO 6 emission standard, metallic black, 19-inch alloy wheels, luxury interior, advanced safety and comfort features, five seats, EU specifications) - One set of complete spare alloy wheels with winter tires (compatible with the specified SUV) - Key Requirements: - Vehicle must be newly manufactured (latest model), not second-hand - Must meet EU specifications and Romanian safety/technical standards - Five-year or 100,000 km warranty with service and spare parts available in Romania - Chinese brands are excluded - Brand name parts must be readily available locally - Offerors must be the manufacturer, authorized distributor, or certified reseller - Delivery to U.S. Embassy Bucharest; registration under diplomatic exemption - Notable Details: - VAT at 21% applies as per local law - Maintenance package included - Delivery required within 270 days after contract award

The Embassy of the United States of America, Bucharest, invites you to submit your best competitive quote for the supply and delivery of one (1) vehicle  and one set of complete wheels, winter tires as per below specifications and requirements. Offerors must read this RFQ including the clauses in its entirety before submitting an offer.

Offerors must be either the manufacturer, a manufacturer-authorized distributor or, a certified reseller of the proposed vehicle.

The vehicle should have EU specifications. Services, maintenance, and spare parts must be available in Bucharest area, Bucharest. Newly manufactured, latest model. Second-hand vehicles are not acceptable. Brand name parts readily available in Bucharest area, Romania.
