THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Only Small Businesses will be considered for award.The Government is seeking to acquire Combat Survivor Locater Evader Ultra High Frequency Base Station Support (CSEL UBS) services. Please carefully review the attached solicitation and its attachments/exhibit. To be considered for award, offerors must submit offers that comply with each requirement set forth in the solicitation. The deadline for this Request For Proposal is 30 April 2026 at 1200 PST, and the closing of questions is 15 April 1200 PST. Questions will be consolidated among all offerors and answered via solicitation amendment one (1) week after the closing of questions.ONLY OFFERS SUBMITTED VIA THE PIEE SOLICITATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
