The small business size standard is $47,000,000.00.  This notice is for market research purposes only and is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. This notice is open for responses from both small and other than small businesses.
