This opportunity seeks experienced contractors to provide Catholic and Protestant Music Director services at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command, 325 CONS PKP - 325th Religious Affairs (HC), Tyndall Air Force Base Chapel Program - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; this is a services procurement. - Products/Services Requested: - Catholic Music Director Services - Lead music for Catholic worship services, including 52 regular masses, 52 rehearsals, and 10 special services/rehearsals per year (124 annual units) - Requires piano proficiency, vocal leadership, and knowledge of Catholic liturgical music - Three music directors per denomination (one main, two backups) - Protestant Music Director Services - Lead music for Protestant worship services, including 52 regular services, 52 rehearsals, and 10 special services/rehearsals per year (124 annual units) - Requires piano proficiency, vocal leadership, and knowledge of Protestant denominational music styles - Three music directors per denomination (one main, two backups) - General Music Director Services (annual and option years) - Includes playing, training, scheduling, and processing music in collaboration with the base chaplain - Firm fixed price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and wage determination - Security clearances and base access required - Government-furnished instruments and sound equipment provided - Place of performance and inspection is Tyndall Air Force Base, FL - Set aside for SBA - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods (total potential duration: 5 years) - Locations: - All services performed at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida (multiple facility addresses specified)
