FBI Seeks Vendors for Nationwide ACRx Antenna Installation Services

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), under the Department of Justice, is seeking information from qualified vendors for Adaptive Central Receive (ACRx) Antenna Installation services across the United States and its territories. - Government Buyer: - Department of Justice - Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) - Finance and Facilities Division | Procurement Section (FBI-JEH office, Washington, DC) - Products/Services Requested: - Installation of ACRx remote node antennas, relay antennas, and associated cabling - Includes mounting, alignment, testing, and coordination of electrical and HVAC modifications - Approximately 35-45 sites, with 6-10 installations per year through 2029 - Government provides antennas and cabling; contractor may procure mounts - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Installers must hold R56 Communication Site Installer and Competent Rigger certifications - Work may occur at both government-owned and leased sites across all 50 states and U.S. territories - Installations may require coordination for electrical and HVAC modifications - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Submission Details: - Vendors are invited to submit information and responses to the FBI Procurement Section, with proprietary material clearly marked - Recent update: Responses must be CC'd to Beth Howell (bahowell@fbi.gov) in addition to Dylan Hankins

Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to request information from all prospective vendors in regards to Adaptive Central Receive (ACRx) Antenna Installation services. 

Submit responses to this RFI by email to contracting point of contact Dylan Hankins at dehankins2@fbi.gov no later than April 7, at 12:00 PM Central Time. In addition, please carbon copy all responses to Beth Howell at bahowell@fbi.gov.

Please limit responses to no more than ten (10) pages, to include cover pages, appendices and attachments. All proprietary/company confidential material shall be clearly marked on every page that contains such. The FBI reserves the right to not respond to any or all emails or materials submitted. All current FBI requirements identified herein are subject to change at any time, without further notice being required.
