The U.S. Air Force at Dyess Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive portable sanitation solutions under a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA): - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS CD), Dyess Air Force Base, Texas - Products and Services Requested: - Rental and servicing of portable chemical toilets (standard and ADA-compliant) - Includes units with door locks, seats, hand sanitizer dispensers, and toilet paper dispensers - ADA-compliant units and units with baby changing stations for accessibility and family needs - Hand washing stations (dual-basin), stocked with potable water and soap - 300-gallon greywater storage tanks - VIP restroom trailer units (two-stall and four-stall) - Delivery, setup, removal, and relocation (routine and emergency) of all units - Servicing of both contractor-owned and government-owned units, including cleaning, waste removal, restocking supplies, and maintenance - Emergency response services (within 4 hours) and tip-over response (within 6 hours) - Flexible rental periods: daily, weekly, monthly, and six-month options - Service frequencies: weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, unscheduled, and emergency - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Strict compliance with OSHA and Texas safety regulations - Rapid response for emergencies and special events - All units must be delivered clean, operational, and fully stocked - Detailed service records and adherence to performance standards - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments; the opportunity is open to qualified providers of portable sanitation equipment and services.

Description

The U.S. Air Force requires comprehensive sanitation services at Dyess Air Force Base (AFB). This requirement will be fulfilled through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year base ordering period. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to provide and service portable chemical latrines, ADA-compliant toilets, and hand-washing stations at various locations throughout the base. The scope of work includes the rental of contractor-owned units, servicing of designated government-owned units, and the ability to respond to routine, emergency, and special event needs. The contractor must adhere to strict performance standards, to include rapid response time for emergencies,ensuring all equipment is delivered clean, secure, and operational.
