This advance notice is for SEAPORT NXG MAC HOLDERS ONLY and is a SET ASIDE. No other offers will be considered. SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers..

Naval Sea Logistics Center (NAVSEALOGCEN) intends to solicit a SeaPort-NxG task order to provide engineering and technical services to support the Miniature Microminiature Module Test and Repair Program In-Service Engineering Agent’s responsibilities of progressive repair capability for Government electronic and electrical systems. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module and publicized via SAM.gov.

A SeaPort-NxG Sources Sought notice was issued in the SeaPort portal on 26 January 2026 for this requirement entitled, “2MMTR FOLLOW ON.” Based on the responses received, NAVSEALOGCEN intends to issue this solicitation as a SeaPort NxG Small Business set-aside.

NOTE:  To be eligible as a SeaPort-NxG Small Business during the competitive ordering process, the Prime’s basic SeaPort NxG contract must reflect a Small Business within the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of proposal submission.

This notice also provides a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the upcoming task order solicitation. The draft PWS is being released to solicit comments and questions from interested parties.

Interested parties/potential offerors are encouraged to respond to this Advance Notice with questions and comments as soon as possible in order to allow for review prior to release of the solicitation.  Questions and answers shall be submitted by email to marisa.n.wirfel.civ@us.navy.mil and cody.d.hutchinson.civ@us.navy.mil.  Note that questions/comments submitted in response to this draft PWS may not receive a response; however, all questions and comments will be reviewed by the Government to assist in identifying revisions that may be incorporated in the PWS.

The resulting task order is anticipated to be a level of effort task order issued on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) basis.  It is anticipated that award of the task order will be made on a best value basis to the Government, and a trade-off analysis will be performed taking into consideration technical capability, past performance, and evaluated cost / price.  The solicitation is anticipated to include a one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods.
