This notice of intent concerns the enhancement and upgrade of an existing TriVista Raman spectrometer system owned by Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. The project involves upgrading the TriVista CRS3 Confocal Raman spectrometry equipment, including a 785nm 150mW Raman laser, an optical table, and a gas chamber for photoluminescence. The software VistaControl, uniquely developed by S&I, is required to control and integrate both existing and new custom components such as microscopes, cameras, motorized turrets, and lasers. This is a sole-source procurement intended for Delta Photonics, the only provider capable of supporting and integrating this specialized system.
