Description
The Bank of Canada is seeking a service provider to conduct consumer and merchant surveys from 2026 to 2030. The Bank will lead questionnaire design and sampling methodology, while the selected proponent will administer the surveys and conduct sample selection. The contract duration is 5 years with an option for 2 additional years. Proposals must be submitted electronically via MERX by April 27, 2026.
