The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking sources for a potential five-year contract to supply electric windshield wiper motors (NSN 2540-01-186-0969). - Estimated annual demand: 1,910 units - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to qualified manufacturers - Key requirements: - Subject to export control regulations (ITAR/EAR) - Vendors must have active Enhanced Joint Certification Program (eJCP) or Defense Enhanced Validation (DEV) certification - Critical Application Item (CAI) designation - Contractor First Article Test (CFAT) required - CMMC Level 2 Self-Assessment - Compliance with Qualified Products List (QPL)/Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) and source control drawing requirements - Special packaging requirements - Inspection and acceptance at origin - Technical data and drawings available via DLA's DIBBS Collaboration Folders - Manufacturers not currently qualified must apply for qualification per the governing specification

This notice is NOT a request for quotes or proposals (RFQ/RFP).

The government is considering a long-term contract (LTC) with a potential period of performance of five (5) years.

Responses to this Sources Sought should address the company's capacity to support a five-year long-term contract. Offerors should demonstrate experience in contracts of similar size, scope and value and must be able to support a 5-year long-term contract.

AMSC G. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.

This NSN is export-controlled items subject to export control regulations under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Interested vendors must possess an active and current Enhanced Joint Certification Program (eJCP) certification or Defense Enhanced Validation (DEV) to be eligible for the award.
